ACTING CLASS
I spent 4 years in the amazing TOP theatre-based master acting conservatory program in the southeast. In that time, I participated in theatre and theatre production. Most importantly, I learned to respect and hone the craft of acting.
AFRICA 2007
My first experience in Nairobi, Kenya was life-changing. Deciding to travel alone (unaffiliated with a church or organization) to volunteer in an orphanage in a small village was the best decision I have ever made, and will never forget my first time in the Motherland. At the time, it was the biggest adventure of my life. This experience touched my heart.
INDIA
To take some time for personal reflection, I decided to travel to India for a two week silent mediation retreat in the Himalayan mountains. For the first time, I was truly happy and at peace from the inside out. Being silent wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be, and I gained so much from the experience. This experience healed my soul.

AFRICA 2013
I had such a wonderful time in Kenya the first time, I knew I wanted to return. Many of the children I met always said that people visit once, but very few come back. I wanted to make sure I came back. I brought them photos from my first trip, and many had never been given their own baby photos. It was wonderful seeing how much they have grown, and the progress of the orphanage in education, and amenities.
MASAI MARA SAFARI
I took a beautiful three day safari in the heart of Masai Mara to celebrate the ringing in of the new year. I really enjoyed seeing the wildlife in their natural habitat, camping, and getting within 10 feet of a lion!
